Job Title: Office Manager

At MYINTERNALRECRUITER LTD, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office, providing administrative support to our Managing Director and senior management team, and maintaining organized records and files.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, managing correspondence, preparing documents and minutes of meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Document Management: Maintain organized records, files, and databases, ensuring that all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Support to Senior Management: Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and senior management as required.
  • HR Support: Assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and recruitment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with the ability to multi-task.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Enjoy managing their own workload and working with different teams.
  • Driven, positive, proactive, upbeat, and a team player willing to roll their sleeves up.
