About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team at Marmion. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of our business, providing administrative support to key departments, and ensuring communication lines are kept open and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Production and Engineering teams, including managing access, health, safety, and security procedures.
  • Being the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring all procedures are followed, and maintaining a professional image.
  • Managing meeting rooms, ensuring they are well-equipped and ready for use, and supporting site visits by organizing travel, accommodation, and catering when required.
  • Overseeing the ordering and maintenance of office supplies, cleaning products, PPE, laundry services, and other essentials.
  • Providing additional administrative support across all key areas of the business.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar administration role, ideally within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • A natural problem solver, comfortable working in a team and independently, and able to find solutions quickly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
