Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Store Manager to lead our team of Sales Associates at Jo Malone London, Heathrow T4. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Develop and execute a business plan to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Previous business planning experience, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation

Requirements
  • Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
