About the Role

Wren's Trade Division is experiencing rapid growth, offering a market-leading range of exceptional kitchens and bedrooms supported by unparalleled service. This includes our industry-leading design package and world-class delivery service, enabling us to empower our Trade Customers in helping their clients realize their dream kitchens and bedrooms.

We are actively seeking outstanding, self-motivated individuals with a background in Trade Sales to join our expanding team across various regions of the UK. You'll receive a competitive base salary of £30,000 with uncapped commission potential, leading to an achievable OTE of £50,000.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture new Trade Customer relationships within your designated territory.
  • Maintain consistent communication with your existing network of Trade Customers.
  • Inspire customers by showcasing the limitless possibilities of Wren's kitchen and bedroom designs, guiding them through every stage of the process from initial inquiry to their first design, witnessing the transformation of their dream kitchens & bedrooms into reality.
  • Conduct thorough home surveys, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos. Clearly explain this process to customers during your visit.
  • Effectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each customer to create their ideal design. Remain an active presence in your area, proactively identifying opportunities to generate interest in Wren and actively following up with all leads, utilizing the Wren way to guarantee success.

About You:

  • Possess a creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional service to every customer.
  • Exhibit the ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Have proven sales experience, ideally within the trade kitchen sector.
  • Hold a full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 points.
  • Be organized and capable of working independently, effectively managing your time to optimize each customer's experience.
