About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Trade Field Sales Designer to join our fast-growing Trade Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting and developing new Trade Customers from your local area, providing exceptional service, and showcasing the boundless possibilities of Wren's kitchen and bedroom designs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and develop new Trade Customers from your local area, building strong relationships and delivering outstanding results.
  • Keep in regular contact with your personal Trade Customer base, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct thorough surveys of customers' homes, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos, and guide customers throughout the entire process.
  • Effectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each customer to create their dream design.
  • Remain an active presence in your area, proactively identifying opportunities to generate interest in Wren and actively follow up and keep in contact with all leads.

About You

We are looking for a creative and self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail, a commitment to delivering exceptional service, and the ability to work independently. You will have proven sales experience, ideally within the trade kitchen sector, and a full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 points.
