About The Role

Wren Kitchens is a leading manufacturer of high-quality kitchens and bedrooms, offering a comprehensive range of products and services to trade customers. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Field Sales Designer to join our team and help drive sales growth in the trade division.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and develop new trade customers from your local area, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Keep in regular contact with your personal trade customer base, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their design requirements, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure their dream kitchen and bedroom designs are brought to life.
  • Conduct thorough surveys of customers' homes, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos to ensure precise design and installation.
  • Effectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each customer to create their dream design, while remaining an active presence in your area to identify new opportunities and follow up on leads.
About You
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, able to understand and interpret customer design requirements.
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service to every customer, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Ability to work independently, managing your time effectively to optimize each customer's experience.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the trade kitchen sector, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 points, allowing you to travel to customer sites and attend meetings.
