We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Building and Civils Development team on the Southern Renewals Enterprise project. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a large-scale project with multiple schemes across Network Rail's Southern Route.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality results.
- Develop and implement project plans, including Work Package Plans and Task Briefing Sheets, to ensure effective project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and implement safe systems of work to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets and reporting any variances to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and project success.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a rail or civils environment.
- Strong technical and project management skills, with the ability to develop and implement project plans.
- Excellent organizational and management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of CDM regulations and experience in implementing safe systems of work.
- Ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- PTS, CITB SMTS, or equivalent, and CSCS certification.
