We are seeking dedicated and caring individuals to work in nursery settings across Essex. Our flexible working options include full or part-time arrangements between 7am and 6:30pm.

  • Provide engaging and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources for children that cater to their age and developmental stage.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the nursery and promote these values daily through routine practices.
  • Undertake additional duties to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery and prioritize the safety and well-being of children, staff, and families.
  • Promote professional relationships and report any complaints or concerns to management according to company policies and procedures.
  • Foster a strong key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments and provide coverage for all children on a daily basis when colleagues are absent.
  • Attend regular team meetings to stay updated on key priorities, changes, developments, and review company policies and procedures regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Hold a full and relevant Level 2/3 childcare qualification.
  • Have over 1 year's experience working in Early Years or possess a newly qualified status.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements.

The salary for this role ranges from £11.44 to £14 per hour for Level 3 qualified candidates, paid either weekly or monthly.
