We are seeking a skilled Early Years Assistant Manager to support our team in delivering outstanding early years education and care at Northlands Park in Basildon. This popular setting caters to 66 children, with a Good Ofsted rating and 10 on Day Nurseries.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the nursery management team to deliver high-quality inclusive early years education and care
  • Model sensitive and responsive interaction, inspiring the wider staff team to extend children's learning
  • Maintain quality and safety standards at all times, ensuring a secure environment for all
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years Education and Childcare qualification as a foundation
  • Post-qualification experience working in early education and childcare is essential
  • Strong written communication skills to convey ideas effectively
  • Ability to inspire people to deliver results, high standards, and clear objectives

This role requires a DBS check and involves 40 hours per week, 52 weeks a year. Interviews will be scheduled according to demand.
