Temporary Recruitment Business Development Manager

Noble Recruiting is a leading recruitment consultancy that specializes in temporary staffing solutions. We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team and contribute to the success of our industrial temp desk.
Main purpose of the role: To maximize the profitability of the temp desk by managing the full temporary recruitment process and temporary workers.
Your goal is to build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates, and work as part of a passionate team to drive commercial performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Respond quickly to client requests for workers, using databases to match the right person to the client's requirement.
- Receiving and reviewing applications, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and maintaining lists of available candidates.
- Management of temporary workforce, including sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking to attract business from client companies.
- Visiting clients to build and develop relationships, developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, and their work culture and environment.
- Management of paperwork for Candidates and Clients, negotiating pay and salary rates, and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates.
- Offering advice to both clients and candidates, manage, updating, and developing the existing database.
