As a Modern Endpoint Solutions Expert, you will work within our Digital Services Practice as part of a talented team who are passionate about software development and delivering business value to our customers. As Sword Group is an established Microsoft Gold partner, you will experience the latest Microsoft technologies and grow your skills through exciting and challenging projects and the opportunity to attain Microsoft certification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver comprehensive endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune
  • Deploy and manage modern managed endpoints, including Windows 10/11 and update rings/servicing/Windows AutoPatch
  • Implement Autopilot and device provisioning models
  • Develop and deploy application packaging, deployment, and testing
  • Ensure comprehensive understanding of Active Directory and Entra ID
  • Implement security baselines and standards (NSCS/Microsoft/CIS etc.)
  • Implement Windows Hello for Business, Cloud LAPS, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
  • Manage MDM/MAM/EMM with Intune (Android/iOS)
  • Implement Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC) and AppLocker
  • Deploy and manage Office Apps baselines and deployment
  • Implement Entra Connect Sync & Cloud Sync, Entra Conditional Access, and Entra MFA
  • Manage certificate management

  • Security Copilot
  • Intune Suite services and capabilities
  • Microsoft Tunnel (VPN)
  • Deploying and managing Cloud PC (Windows 365)
  • Designing and deploying Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
  • Powershell scripting
  • RBAC
  • Entra ID Dynamic Groups and Queries
  • PowerBI Dashboards for Endpoint status visualisation
  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads
Requirements
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Proven track record for designing/delivering complex solutions for a range of customers, from Mid-market to Enterprise scale
  • 5+ years of experience in either a channel, vendor or customer side hands-on technical consulting role
  • Experience of designing and successfully delivering solutions, including supporting the production of proposals, SoW's, high-level designs, RFP responses, roadmaps and strategies
  • Strong background of producing high quality documentation and solution artefacts
  • Microsoft MS-102, MD-102, AZ-104, AZ-900, SC-900 not essential but valued for the role
  • SC and/or NPPV3 beneficial but not essential
