Protecting Scotland's Water Resources
At Scottish Water, we're committed to safeguarding Scotland's most precious natural resource. As a Sampling Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our water supply.
Your Key Responsibilities:
You'll be part of our Field Response team, responsible for investigating customer complaints and determining the necessary actions to resolve issues. This may involve collecting and processing water samples to check their quality.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
You'll need a keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently. A full, clean driving licence is also essential, as you'll be required to travel to various locations in our branded vans.

Grade and Salary:
This is a Grade 2 role, with a starting salary of £24,430. Performance-driven pay progression will allow you to move through the range to a maximum of £27,210.
