As a member of our Field Response team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers with water-related issues. Your expertise in water sampling and quality assurance will be essential in determining the cause of the issue and implementing the necessary actions.
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results, you'll be responsible for collecting, processing, and delivering water samples to our laboratories for analysis. Your primary focus will be on lead and post-repair sampling, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
As a Sampling Officer, you'll be working independently, but as part of a larger team. You'll be expected to maintain accurate records, follow procedures diligently, and adhere to the highest standards of quality assurance.
With a full driving license and a flexible approach to working hours, you'll be able to take on a variety of tasks, from routine sampling to reactive jobs. Your friendly and professional manner will be essential in representing Scottish Water and providing excellent customer service.
