Job Opportunity at AJ FOX COMPLIANCE

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Compliance Analyst to join our team in Liverpool. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the firm's Client and Matter Inception processes are compliant with AML Regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough CDD checks to ensure compliance with AML Regulations
  • Utilize databases to research and verify client information
  • Perform conflict searches and resolve any conflicts that arise
  • Provide expert advice to colleagues on AML, conflicts, and other compliance matters
  • Support cross-functional teams on firm-wide projects
  • Maintain information barriers and escalate any issues that occur
  • Review and update client risk profiles

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an international law firm, preferably in AML/CDD or conflicts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
