Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough CDD checks to ensure compliance with AML regulations
  • Utilize databases to research and verify client information
  • Perform conflict searches and resolve any conflicts that arise
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues on AML, conflicts, and other compliance-related matters
  • Collaborate with other teams on firm-wide projects to ensure compliance and risk management
  • Maintain information barriers and escalate any issues that occur
  • Review and update client risk profiles to ensure accurate and up-to-date information

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a compliance role, preferably in an international law firm or financial institution
  • Strong understanding of AML regulations and CDD processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
