We are seeking a skilled Communications Specialist to support the Digital Inclusion team in Adult Social Care and Resettlement service support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a communications strategy and plan to raise awareness and engagement with the Digital Inclusion in Adult Social Care programme.
  • Provide strategic support and campaign delivery for the programme, working closely with the Digital Inclusion team and ambassadors.
  • Use a range of channels and methods to reach and influence target audiences, including social media, newsletters, webinars, events, press releases, case studies, videos, and podcasts.
  • Provide guidance and support to ambassadors and partner organisations on effective communication and consistent branding.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of communications activities, reporting on progress and outcomes.
  • Identify stakeholders and communicate using the most appropriate method to reach those groups.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field, or substantial experience in a similar role.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate communications campaigns and activities within budget and deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and constructively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative and innovative approach, with the ability to use digital tools and platforms effectively and confidently.
