Treasury Front Office Manager

Fintech Wales seeks a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead its Treasury Front Office function. This key role will be responsible for implementing funding, hedging, and investment strategies, driving growth through market data analysis and decision-making.
The ideal candidate will possess strong subject matter expertise in markets and economics, with the ability to lead teams through periods of change. They will oversee external funding and capital requirements, manage derivative deals and investments, and drive risk evaluation sophistication.
We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £120,000 depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.
Job Requirements- Lead the Treasury Front Office team through strategic growth initiatives.
- Develop investor relations materials and establish operating rhythms for debt issuances.
- Manage external relationships with rating agencies and banks, monitoring market developments.
