Onsite Service Engineer Opportunity

Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Onsite Service Engineer to join our client's team in Irthlingborough, Northamptonshire. As a key member of the service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment, and providing technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out onsite visits to inspect, service, and repair equipment
  2. Build strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice and guidance
  3. Input hire and service information into the internal database
  4. Offer technical support over the phone and on site
  5. Maintain the onsite vehicle in good working order

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a workshop environment
  2. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  3. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  4. Flexibility with working hours, including overnight stays
  5. Excellent communication and customer service skills
