Onsite Service Engineer Opportunity

Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Onsite Service Engineer to join our client's team. As a key member of the service delivery team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to customers on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out inspections, services, and repairs to equipment on-site
  2. Build relationships with customers, providing technical advice and support
  3. Input hire and service information into the internal database
  4. Provide technical support over the phone and on-site
  5. Maintain the onsite vehicle in good working order

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a workshop environment
  2. Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
  3. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  4. Flexibility with working hours, including overnight stays
  5. Strong people skills and customer focus
