Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Organon LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Quality Assurance department and ensuring quality oversight for all QA activities.

Key Responsibilities

">

This includes managing and overseeing site programs for Quality Risk Management, Quality and Compliance Excellence, and supporting Permanent Inspection Readiness and Product Quality Reviews.

">

You will lead the site's Quality Plan and compliance assessment, communicating progress to senior management, and ensure Procedures, Policies, and Guidelines are reviewed and implemented.

">

This role also involves leading the site's QMS project and Quality Council meetings, developing and managing Annual Product and Equipment Reviews, and managing Laboratory support systems and supplier management programmes.

">

Additionally, you will oversee Lifecycle Documents, Records Management, and site training, supporting QA function for Manufacturing Operations and ensuring compliance with regulations.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance and retirement plan.
