The Disabilities Trust is a charity that aims to improve the lives of people with brain injuries in the UK. We are currently seeking a Vocational Lead to join our team in Cramlington.

About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of £14 per hour, plus benefits, for this exciting opportunity to lead and develop a team of support workers. As a Vocational Lead, you will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of high-quality vocational support services to individuals with disabilities.

You will lead, supervise, and develop a team of support workers to ensure the needs of service users are met according to their individual support plans. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders to enhance the positive reputation of the company.
