Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Sports Coach to join our team. As a key member of the education staff, you will design and deliver inclusive sports programs that promote confidence building, teamwork, and resilience among our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and accessible sports programs for students with diverse needs and abilities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student participation and inclusion.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and program evaluation.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in coaching with experience working with SEN/SEMH youth.
  • Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
