">We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Haringey. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting students with special educational needs, enabling them to reach their full potential and thrive academically and socially.
">Key Responsibilities: Providing one-on-one and small group support, implementing IEPs, and encouraging social and emotional development are key aspects of this role. You will work closely with teachers and other staff to provide tailored support, helping students to overcome challenges and succeed academically and socially.
">Requirements: Excellent communication skills, a patient and empathetic approach, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential requirements for this role. Experience working with children with varying abilities and a strong understanding of special educational needs would be advantageous.
">Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this position is £90-£100 per day, depending on experience. Ongoing training and professional development opportunities are also available to further enhance your skills and knowledge.
