Classroom Assistant for Special Needs Student

We are currently looking for a qualified Classroom Assistant to join our team at a Primary School in Barnet.
The successful candidate will work closely with a student in a Year 1 class, providing individualized support and promoting their academic and personal growth.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the life of a child.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the student in completing their schoolwork and staying engaged in class.
- Developing and implementing strategies to promote the student's independence and confidence.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Education or a related field and relevant experience working with students with special educational needs.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
