About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to join our North London team. The successful candidate will provide tailored support to students with SEN, promoting their academic, social, and emotional growth.
Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- PROVIDING INCLUSIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS FOR STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS
- WORKING CLOSELY WITH TEACHING STAFF TO DEVELOP AND DELIVER PERSONALIZED LESSON PLANS
Requirements: To succeed in this role, applicants must possess a degree in Health and Social Care or a related field, demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting students with SEN, and exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
