Regional Clinical Development Nurse

As a Regional Clinical Development Nurse at NHS, you'll lead the clinical governance and quality of care for residents in four of their care homes. You'll be responsible for reviewing the clinical governance database and KPIs of each home every month, analyzing the results, and identifying practical strategies to ensure all regulations are met and the care delivered is continuously improved.

You'll work closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff in each home to support the improvement of standards and implement key actions to address any issues that arise. This role requires regular travel across the region.

About the role:

  • Lead the clinical governance and quality of care for residents in four care homes
  • Review clinical governance database and KPIs of each home every month
  • Analyze results and identify practical strategies to improve care
  • Work closely with Regional Director and senior clinical staff

About you:

  • Registered Nurse RN (General) with current NMC registration
  • Experience working in a care home environment
  • Confident clinical mentor, including with newly-qualified nurses
