St Mungo's is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Peripatetic Night Worker. As a vital member of our Bristol Out of Hours Service, you will provide essential support and assistance to vulnerable adults in our mixed and Women's pathway accommodation services.

Working in pairs with another night worker, you will visit up to 5 different services at night, ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients. Your duties will include:

  • Providing emotional support and listening to clients' needs
  • Developing knowledge of relevant protocols and safety precautions
  • Conducting building and welfare checks
  • Carrying out administrative tasks and incident reporting
  • Participating in training and development to enhance your skills and confidence

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable adults and people experiencing homelessness. If you have good communication skills, experience in dealing with the public, and the ability to work independently, we encourage you to apply.

Due to the nature of this role, a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.
