Early Years Development Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Room Leader to lead our team at Blom and Blom. As a key figure in our nursery, you will be responsible for guiding our educators in delivering high-quality early years education.
Key Tasks
- Plan, prepare, and evaluate daily activities to meet the diverse needs of our children.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of our curriculum.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, using this information to inform future planning and strategies.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress.
What You'll Get:
- A salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on experience.

Requirements:
- A Level 3 Nursery Practitioner qualification or recognized equivalent.
