**Job Title:** Early Years Educator
**Location:** East Sheen, UK
**Salary Range:** £27,500 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team at Staffing Connect Careers. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
**Job Description:
**As an Early Years Educator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being, safety, and educational development of our children. You will work closely with our experienced team to create a nurturing environment that promotes learning, growth, and social skills.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Over 1 year's experience of working in Early Years
- Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements
