We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Administrator to join our team at Bradford Council. As an HR Administrator, you will provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support within HR and support to the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Trustees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Support the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Trustees with administrative tasks, including preparing meeting materials and taking minutes.
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including preparing job descriptions and person specifications.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an HR administration role, preferably in a local government or charity sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
