Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Trustees with administrative tasks, including preparing meeting materials and taking minutes.
  • Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including preparing job descriptions and person specifications.
