Lead Residential Project Manager

New Build Residential Project: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a New Build Residential Project in North London. The project consists of three new blocks valued at £75 million and requires a skilled professional to oversee its completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and encourage project team performance
- Complete monthly CVR and progress reports
- Demonstrate understanding of internal and external tender strategies
- Work with the Commercial Manager to agree and produce main and subcontract final accounts
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a UK Main Contractor. You should have new build experience and ambitions to progress to a Commercial Manager position. Additionally, you will require strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
