Residential Project Coordinator - Mechanical Services

We are looking for a skilled Residential Project Coordinator - Mechanical Services to join our team in North London. This role involves coordinating the mechanical installation process for high-end residential developments.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with the project team to ensure the successful completion of mechanical installations.
  • Coordinate the activities of direct labour or mechanical subcontractors.
  • Monitor and report on site progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Develop and maintain effective health and safety systems.

Key Skills:

  • City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Services or equivalent.
  • CSCS certification.
  • SSSTS/SMSTS training.
  • Proactive thinking and good literacy skills.
