TXM Recruit is currently looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity involves working on an initial 5-month contract, with the possibility of extension. Your primary responsibility will be to carry out general reactive maintenance tasks in stores, which may include patching plaster, rendering, painting, or minor carpentry and plumbing repairs.

You will also be required to participate in Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities, such as Legionella tests, Fire Alarm Testing, and Sprinkler Testing. Additionally, you will be involved in daily duties to ensure the tablet is updated, which may involve reporting issues, H&S notes, or sending emails.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent technical skills, a strong attention to detail, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £26,437.84 per annum, plus benefits including a company van, fuel card, and uniform.
