  • Manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient operations.
  • Provide analytical support to head of departments and directors, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Perform general administrative tasks across all departments, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Offer support to head of departments and directors, providing administrative assistance and contributing to the success of the team.

Key Person Specifications Knowledge & Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with expertise in Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with standard work routines and the use of office equipment or machines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in performing specific tasks and activities without supervision or close liaison with others.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent telephone skills and the ability to respond positively and effectively to staff.
