This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to take on a challenging role that will see them working closely with customers and operations teams to improve product quality and reduce costs.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of physical metallurgy and experience in hot working processes. They will also be able to demonstrate their knowledge of OEM customer quality systems and improvement tools such as RCCA, problem solving, error proofing, RAA, and SPC.

Job Summary
  • Lead projects to improve product quality and/or decrease cost
  • Interface with customers on defining technical requirements and resolving customer problems
  • Work closely with operations to resolve internal technical problems
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a relevant industrial environment
  • Demonstrable experience within the aerospace, oil and gas or power generation sector
