This role will bring strong quantitative research experience to the team, leveraging data and user insights to advocate for a user-centred approach within the company. You will have the opportunity to help shape the best practice for user research and take different initiatives as part of your personal development.

The ideal candidate will already have some user research experience under their belt, with a strong focus on quantitative research but also a mixed-methods mindset. They will be comfortable leading on quantitative projects and working in tandem with the Data Intelligence Unit to drive insights from customer data.

The successful candidate will be responsible for synthesising complex data into clear insights that drive product and design decisions. They will also develop and execute various research activities, such as usability testing, user interviews, and surveys.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a remote-friendly company, you will have the flexibility to work from home or choose a hybrid model if preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Lead Researcher to ensure research activities are run efficiently
  • Lead on quantitative projects, working in tandem with the Data Intelligence Unit
  • Synthesise complex data into clear insights that drive product and design decisions
  • Develop and execute various research activities, including usability testing and user interviews
  • Manage and maintain user research operations, including participant recruitment and data management
Requirements:
  • Proven background in user research with practical experience in a range of research methods
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as Psychology or Human-Computer Interaction
  • At least two years' experience working with qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
