Duty Manager Position in a Busy Hotel Environment

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our management team at a busy 3-star hotel in Glenrothes. The ideal candidate will have a flexible attitude to work and be strongly customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the General Manager, you will have responsibility for the smooth running of our day-to-day business, including conference and banqueting, reservations and reception, staff planning and supervision, and daily financial reporting.
- Our ideal candidate will have hospitality experience, although full training will be given.
- The role involves working 5 days out of 7, with a 42.5-hour week, and includes holidays and weekend availability.

Requirements:
- United Kingdom work authorization is required.
- The role is full-time and permanent, with a competitive hourly rate of £13.00 and opportunities for additional pay through tips.
