Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Refrigeration and HVAC Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the smooth operation of our critical equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of equipment maintenance tasks, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Perform a wide range of technical work encompassing electrical, mechanical, plumbing, utilities, and metal fabrication.
  • Develop and execute efficient maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
  • Continuously enhance your skills through internal training programs and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED, coupled with hands-on experience in industrial refrigeration equipment.
  • Alternatively, an associate degree in a technical field.

Preferred:

  • Experience within the pharmaceutical or food manufacturing industries.
  • A strong background in industrial refrigeration systems and best practices.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires the ability to safely work in an industrial environment, lift objects up to 50 pounds, and adapt to varying work conditions.
