We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our team.

This is a 1st shift position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, using high-tech products and equipment.

As a Refrigeration Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial refrigeration systems and equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing preventative maintenance and repairs on refrigeration systems and equipment
  • Diagnosing problems and ordering parts as needed
  • Working collaboratively with other teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency
  • Developing and implementing plans to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent, plus experience in troubleshooting industrial refrigeration equipment.

Alternatively, an associate degree in a technical field such as HVACR can be considered in lieu of experience.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing
  • Experience with industrial refrigeration systems and equipment

Physical demands of the job include:

Safely working in an industrial environment, using approved procedures and personal protective equipment.

Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, and working in areas that may be hot, cold, noisy, or require additional PPE.

Valid driver's license may be required.
