Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our team. As a Refrigeration Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial refrigeration equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on refrigeration equipment, including preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with refrigeration systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation of manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve equipment efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in refrigeration technology.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus experience in troubleshooting industrial refrigeration equipment.
  • Associate degree in a technical field, such as HVACR, or relevant experience in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing.
  • Relevant experience in industrial refrigeration systems and equipment.
  • Technical skills and competencies required, including mechanical equipment repair experience and experience with electrical or mechanical trades.

Physical Position Requirements

Safely work in an industrial environment, using approved procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE). Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and work in areas with varying temperatures, noise levels, and cleanliness requirements.
