We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Domestic Assistant to join our Facilities Team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of cleaning services and be able to accept and prioritize instructions. Previous experience in Domestic Services and/or catering is desirable, as is previous experience in dealing with the public.

Key Responsibilities- Responsible for cleaning all areas in accordance with the NPSA national standards of cleanliness
- Accountable for collecting daily rubbish and taking it to designated areas
- Undertake the washing up of mealtime dishes for patients
- Responsible for opening up or closing buildings as appropriate
- Inform Porters / security of any security breaches if building is empty
- Responsible for ordering cleaning materials as and when required
- Keep all equipment used in connection with duties in a clean and tidy condition
- Bring to the attention of the domestic supervisor any faults on equipment
- Provide details of any untoward incident to administrative / senior nursing staff
