The Role
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, ensuring seamless stock and delivery management, and maintaining strong service level agreements. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be essential in building trust with our customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for customer enquiries, providing commercial and operational support.
- Onboard new customers, manage their stock, and maintain strong relationships through regular reviews and reporting.
- Communicate customer feedback to stakeholders, ensuring prompt resolution and continuous improvement.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance business and customer benefits.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven customer/account management experience in Logistics/Supply Chain.
- Drinks industry experience is advantageous, but not essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
