Job Description:

We are assisting our client, a leading FMCG distributor in the UK, in their search for a skilled Customer Service Liaison Specialist to work at their site in Suffolk on a Monday-to-Friday basis.

The successful candidate will report into the Admin & Customer Services Manager and play a key role in providing effective, timely, and high-quality services to all customers.

This position involves handling and resolving a wide range of customer service issues over the phone, via email, or with colleagues, utilising excellent judgement, attention to detail, communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have strong IT and finance skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

As a key member of the depot team, you will be responsible for liaising closely with the transport department and working collaboratively with colleagues across various departments to ensure seamless delivery of customer-centric services.
