We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our team at The Entertainer in Prescot Tesco Extra. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge, recommending products to customers, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be working closely with your colleagues to ensure that the toy aisle is fully stocked and priced, and that customers receive a warm welcome and a great shopping experience.

About the role:

  • Working Hours - Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday, between the hours of 8am and 7pm is required.
  • Contracts Available – between 8 and 12 hours per week.
  • Shift patterns and days will vary but will be notified in advance.
  • Overtime may be available.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Be reliable and dependable – you should always be on time for your shifts.
  • Be practical and flexible – you will be working independently to unload deliveries and should be flexible with shift patterns and overtime.
  • Be enthusiastic and self-assured – you will be comfortable in approaching and talking to management both at The Entertainer and Tesco, and you will love doing what you do.
  • Be tech savvy and responsible – you will use company property as intended and take care of it.

Salary:

The salary for this role is estimated at around £11-12 per hour, based on the location and industry standards.
