Fitness Operations Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Operations Manager to join our Fitness Team at Village Hotel Club. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our leisure facilities, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
You will work closely with the Leisure Club Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and enhance overall operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of fitness professionals.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all areas of operation.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role or industry.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer
