Technical Sales Surveyor Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Surveyor to join our Dedicated Homelift Business in Wolverhampton.

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and enthusiastic Technical Sales Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of assessing and surveying to a high standard, with excellent communication skills and first-class personal presentation.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Attending sales appointments for consumer customers and Local Authority clients.
  • Carrying out thorough technical surveys on both own sales and sales made by SCs, completing all required documentation within a set KPI.
  • Liaising with sub-contractors to obtain quotations for building preparatory works where required.
  • Carrying out site check visits to confirm the site is ready for the installation, completing the required documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this challenging role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of organisational structures and procedures.
  • A valid driving licence and ability to use a company vehicle.
  • GCSE English Grade C or above.
