About the Role

We're a leading tool hire company, revolutionizing the industry through innovative technology and exceptional customer service. As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding results and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with customers, providing hire solutions and top-tier products across various sectors.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and sales initiatives.
  • Support key sales strategies, striving to exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Independently run the HSS concession within our partnering Builder's Merchant, supporting customers with their hire needs and upselling/cross-selling.
  • Build and maintain strong connections with customers to ensure repeat business.

Requirements

  • Committed to delivering exceptional communication, customer service, and eager to assist.
  • Proficient in meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • Proactive and positive outlook, with a solution-driven approach.
  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning and expanding product expertise.
  • Prior experience as an Assistant Supervisor or Sales Assistant within Tool Hire/Construction or similar industry.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.

Working Pattern

Monday to Friday, 7:30am until 17:30pm, and Saturday, 8:00am until 13:00pm, with an accumulative extra day off during the week for every 2 Saturday shifts worked.
