As a Sales Assistant, you'll be part of our forward-thinking culture, developing strong customer relationships and offering hire solutions with top-tier products and equipment across all building service sectors.
What does the Sales Assistant role involve?
- You'll independently run the HSS concession within our partnering Builder's Merchant, supporting customers with their hire needs and upselling/cross-selling where possible.
- Building and maintaining strong connections with our customers to ensure we keep their repeat business.
- Support key sales initiatives and strategy, striving to exceed sales and revenue targets and ensuring we're innovative and forward-thinking in our approach.
What do you need to succeed as a Sales Assistant?
- Committed to delivering exceptional communication, customer service, and eager to assist.
- Proficient in meeting and exceeding performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Proactive and positive outlook, with a solution-driven approach.
- Enthusiastic about continuous learning and expanding product expertise.
- Prior experience as an Assistant Supervisor or Sales Assistant within Tool Hire/Construction or similar industry.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
Similar Working Pattern
Monday to Friday 7:am until 5:pm and Saturday 8:am until 5:pm (with an accumulative extra day off during the week for every 2 Saturday shifts worked).
