As a Sales Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment, working with a range of top-tier products and equipment across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, providing hire solutions and expert advice.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and service goals, promoting a positive and solution-driven culture.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments, expanding your expertise and contributing to the company's success.

Working Pattern:

Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm, with Saturday shifts and flexible working arrangements to suit your needs.
