Penguin Recruitment is seeking a talented Architect to join our team as a Creative Lead for Architectural Innovation.

The successful candidate will work on projects across various sectors, including Education, Residential, Hospitality, and Commercial, providing innovative and solution-focused designs.

We are looking for an experienced Architect with the ability to work across all RIBA stages, possessing excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Revit knowledge is essential, and ARB accreditation is required.

This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits that include commutable distance allowance.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Significant experience post-qualification in a UK-based practice.
  • Brilliant knowledge of current UK building regulations.
  • A creative design flare.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Revit knowledge is essential.
